I have been at the lofts apartment since October. I’ve loved the apartment. The building is very clean and and the leasing agent, Lee, in the office is fantastic. She has helped me Navigate so many things. The maintenance man also is so good. If anything needs fixing, he is there the day that I put in my maintenance request. Rented a Thornton Plan for 2 1/2 years.  Corner unit, peaceful, great maintenance group, close to everything in Charlottesville. Love having a designated parking spot and secure building.  Really enjoyed my time living here.  Only leaving for a new job out of state.

I came here sight unseen from Florida in 2023 (it’s now 2026). Staff here go above and beyond to meet your needs. Maintenance is QUICK and friendly, always has been.

People complain about the noise, but if you just get to know / introduce yourself / get the phone numbers of your neighbors, a quick text to them is all you need. This community is very kind, the building is safe & clean.

My ONLY complaint about living here is the lack of parking for guests & lack of sidewalks / places to walk.

I like this place and the manager, her name is Lee is awesome. However they hold "quaterly" maintenance services which are actually almost every 6 weeks to 2 months. I don't feel I have privacy here, people coming in and out of my private space is not exactly my idea of a home.

The leasing office at The Lofts at Meadowcreek was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process very smooth. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and it’s clear that the staff takes pride in the community. Great Apartment with Amazing Management
This apartment was perfect. The property manager Lee was outstanding, always approachable and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. It’s clear she cares about the residents and creating a great living environment.
Highly recommend!
